Shipping policy

All packages are shipped by Canada Post unless explicitly described otherwise. Shipping and handling times vary but in-stock products (not including pre-orders) tend to ship within 48 hours.

Packages are sent with tracking information to the email provided at the time of ordering. CoJo Sport Collectables Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and will try our best to resolve these issues with the shipping carrier.

Any damage to the item(s) outside of the company or the athlete's handling of the item is not the responsibility of CoJo Sport Collectables Inc.
